Armenia has achieved success in tobacco control, gaining effective experience. Andrew Black, a representative of the Secretariat of the WHO  Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), stated this during a  meeting with Hripsime Hunanyan, Chair of the RA National Assembly  Committee on Health.

The loss ratio for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (MTPLI) in the Armenian insurance market has begun to decline since 2025, reaching 75.2% for the first nine months of the year (compared to 79.4% a year  earlier).
