inflation was mainly triggered by a 3.9% increase in food prices and,
to a lesser extent, an increase in service tariffs by 0.4%, while
non-food prices dropped by 0.5%.

ArmInfo. In order to minimize the negative economic consequences of the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, to prevent a shortage of socially important goods in the EAEU countries, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission on
April 3 approved a list of critical import goods. In relation to
them, a tariff exemption is provided in the form of exemption from
import customs duties when importing into the states of the Eurasian
Economic Union from April 1 to June 30 of this year inclusive.
