Ameriabank still among top three leaders by its main parameters 
ArmInfo. Ameriabank is still among the top three leaders by its main parameters. According to the financial report of the Bank, over 2011 the assets of Ameriabank were up 32% to $522.1 mln (2nd position). In the structure of assets, provision of crediting grew by 51.2% to $347.5 mln (2nd position), investments in securities - by 3.1% to $34.4 mln (3rd position), cash funds - by 54.2% to $19.3 mln, nostro-accounts in the banks were almost doubled to $28 mln, while the interbank loans and deposits fell twice to $17.4 mln. 
According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia, 69% of Ameriabank's loans are loans given to big companies (40% annual growth), 14% - loans given to SMEs (twice as much as in 2010), 5% - consumer loans (thrice as much), 4.5% - credit cards (twice as much), 2% - overdraft (twice as much), 5.5% mortgage loans (40% growth), 2% - auto loans. 
The leasing portfolio totaled $6mln – 10% more than in 2010. 
83.5% of the loans or $292.5mln were given to the economy, 16.5% or $57.8mln to individuals.  
The key borrowers of Ameriabank were industry - $102.6mln (13% annual growth) and trade - $97.6mln (twice as much as in 2010), followed by transport and communication - $26.8mln (4% growth), construction - $22.8mln (thrice as much as in 2010), services - $11.2mln (11 times as much as in 2010) and agriculture - $5.3mln (33% growth). 
The liabilities grew by 37.5% to $431.1mln, wherein 55% were call and time deposits (18% and 45% respective growths). 
The loan book totaled $180.2mln (almost 42% of the liabilities) - 41% more than in 2010. 
The capital of Ameriabank grew by 10% to $91mln (2nd place) due to 47% growth in the accumulated profit to $24.7mln. The authorized capital made up $66mln (2nd place). The net profit grew by 37.3% to $11.3mln. In Q4 alone it made up $3.7mln (3rd place).
