ArmInfo. The average market value of a multi-apartment building in the regions of Armenia increased by 2.6% per annum for the first half of 2018, making 87 thousand drams / 1 sq.m. This is evidenced by the data of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
According to cadastral data, the highest prices for apartments in the regions are traditionally recorded in the resort city of Tsakhkadzor - 280.4 thousand drams / 1 sq. M. on average, with an annual decline of 36%. Then follows Mr. Abovyan, where the price of multi-apartment buildings is fixed at 156.1 thousand drams / 1 square meter, with an annual growth of 3.1%. And the third leader is the city of Baghdasapat with the cost per square meter of the apartment of 121.3 thousand drams, with an annual decline of 15.3%.
The lowest prices were recorded in Dastakert (Syunik region) - 22.2 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., With an annual growth of 2.7 times, followed by the city of Tumanian (Lori region) - 23.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. Km. m., which is two times higher than the indicator of a year ago, and Shamluh (Lori area) - 28.2 thousand drams / 1 square meter with an annual growth of 3.5 times.
In the regions of Armenia, during the first half of the year 2018, 2,318 transactions were carried out for the purchase and sale of apartments in multi-apartment buildings, of which 5.7% are located in rural areas. In the annual section, this indicator decreased by 25%.

The prices in the reports of previous periods are also adjusted in connection with the calculation of the new methodology in order to ensure comparability with the reporting period under consideration.
