ArmInfo.In 2018, the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES) of the RA Ministry of Justice saved and returned more than 26 million drams to the state budget of Armenia. RA Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.
According to him, following last year's results, the Fund for the Promotion and Development of the System also saved over 230 million drams and sent to the state treasury. The Minister recalled that in 2018 1.856 billion AMD was allocated to the JACES, of which about 84% was directed towards the payment of wages and payments equivalent to them. The estimated project spending of the Fund for the Promotion and Development of the System in 2018 amounted to 1.780 billion drams, of which 42% was provided for the wage fund. Moreover, the minister continued, 142 million drams from the Fund's funds were used to reimburse the damage of individuals and legal entities. As of January 1, 2019, the JACES, had no obligations.
In total, in 2018, the service accepted 2,707 million administrative cases, which is 68.9% more than in 2017. 1,725 million cases were suspended, which is 275.5% more than the previous year.
