ArmInfo.On March 27, the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX) will start quoting the bonds of Electric  Networks of Armenia (ENA) CJSC, the issue volume of which is the largest among non-financial organizations, 32 billion drams.

This was stated on February 28 from the rostrum of parliament by Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, Garegin Baghramyan, whose candidacy was again nominated  by the RA government for the post of head of the PSRC.

ArmInfo. "Electric Networks  of Armenia" (ENA) CJSC entered the capital market with an  unprecedented issue of bonds in the amount of 32 billion drams. As  part of this tranche, 320 thousand bonds were issued, each with a  nominal value of 100 thousand drams, with a coupon yield of 11.4%, a  circulation period of 3 years, and the frequency of coupon payments  every six months. The underwriter and market maker is Ameriabank. ENA  CEO Karen Harutyunyan announced to journalists during a briefing on  December 18 on the sidelines of an official event dedicated to the  issue.

ArmInfo. "Mets Masrik" LLC will receive a license for electricity production at "Arev" solar power  plant. The decision to issue a license was made at the July 19 session of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).

ArmInfo. On June 30, the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia decided to fine the Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC  to the tune of 20 mln drams (about $51,000 at the current exchange rate).

Nikolai Podguzov, Chairman of the EDB Management Board stated on May 15 in Almaty on the sidelines of a conference of investors-members of the Association of Development Financing  Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP)in an interview with journalists in response to a question about the Bank's infrastructure projects in the Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo. From April 1, new subscribers of "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC will have to pay a higher connection pricing. Garegin Baghramyan, chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, stated this on March 30 in an interview with journalists.
