ProCredit Bank to hold Council session in Armenia
ArmInfo. ProCredit Bank Council session will be held in Armenia for the first time since opening of the bank. As ProCredit Bank's press service told ArmInfo, members of the bank Council will sum up the work done, discuss the current activity and present their views on the prospects of further development of the bank. According to the source, Chairman of ProCredit Bank Council Christoph Freytag, deputy Chairman of the Council Stephan Bowen, Council members Philip Pott, Yana Sivkova (EBRD) and Gerald Hubner (KfW German Development Bank) will be present at the session.
To note, ProCredit Bank started its activity on February 5, 2008 and specialized in micro, small and medium financing. ProCredit Bank is especially active in small business crediting. The bank's client base reached 10000 over two years, and 9 branches ere opened. ProCredit Holding AG (PCH) with 68,46% share, EBRD - 16,67% and KfW - 14,87% are founders of the bank.
