Armen Naljyan appointed as acting chairman of the executive board of Armeconombank
ArmInfo. Today the Board of Armeconombank OJSC satisfied the request of David Sukiasyan, the chairman of the bank's executive board, to transfer him to another office.
Half a year ago Sukiasian was injured in a car accident and needs to improve his health.
The press service of Armeconombank reports that the Board has appointed Sukiasyan as advisor of the Chairman of the Board.
Member of the Executive Board Armen Naljyan has been appointed as Acting Chairman of the Executive Board.
Naljyan was born in 1967. He has graduated from Yerevan People's Economy Institute and has worked for Armeconombank since Aug 1997.
Armeconombank is a medium-sized bank. 53.4% of its shares belong to Sukiasyan brothers, the owners of Sil Group Concern, 25%+1 shares to EBRD.
