Top hundred largest taxpayers of Armenia for I half of 2012 include 13 banks
ArmInfo. The top hundred largest taxpayers of Armenia for the first half of 2012 include 13 banks. Of them the top five banks are ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank, HSBC Bank Armenia, Ameriabank, VTB Bank (Armenia) and ArmBusinessBank.
According to the Armenian State Revenue Committee, in the first half of 2012 ACBA Credit Agricole (14th position) is in the lead among the banks. It transferred 2.453 bln AMD to the state budget, with 2.392 bln AMD of this amount being profit taxes and income taxes. The following banks rank next: HSBC Bank Armenia (22nd position) with a total of 1.731 bln AMD, including 1.575 bln AMD profit and income taxes; Ameriabank (23rd position) with 1. 678 bln AMD, including 1.597 bln AMD profit and income taxes; VTB Bank (Armenia) (38th position) with 1.152 bln AMD, including 1.062 bln AMD profit and income taxes; ArmBusinessBank (43rd position) with 1.005 bln AMD, including 1.004 bln AMD profit and income taxes.
The top hundred largest taxpayers also include Ardshininvestbank (50th position - 872.5 mln AMD, including 840.3 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Unibank (52nd position - 868.9 mln AMD, including 807.5 mln AMD profit and income taxes), ARARATBANK (54th position - 839.6 mln AMD, including 759 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Mellat Bank (61st position - 766.3 mln AMD, including 762.4 mln AMD profit and income taxes), INECOBANK (63rd position - 748.4 mln AMD, including 733 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Areximbank-Gazprombank Group (71st position - 644 mln AMD, including 576.8 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Armeconombank (91st position - 511 mln AMD, including 459.9 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Prometey Bank (93rd position - 484.6 mln AMD, including 479.4 mln AMD profit and income taxes).
Converse Bank held the 103rd position (429.8 mln AMD, with 373.2 mln AMD of this amount being profit and income taxes), Anelik Bank held the 137th position with 328.3 mln AMD, including 295.9 mln AMD profit and income taxes; ArmSwissBank held the 144th position (314.9 mln AMD, including 304.4 mln AMD profit and income taxes), ProCredit Bank held the 172nd position (270 mln AMD, including 206 mln AMD profit and income taxes), Armenian Development Bank occupied the 188th position (239.2 mln AMD, including 233.4 mln AMD profit and income taxes).
