Anelik Bank and RESO introduce Anelik Bank MasterCard Gold Privilege card


ArmInfo. Anelik Bank and RESO have introduced Anelik Bank MasterCard Gold Privilege card. This is not just a payment card. This card offers all the privileges club and discount cards have and automatically insures its holders against accidents, with the coverage level amounting to 1mln AMD.

Spokesman of Anelik Bank Armen Arevyan says that one of the key advantages of the card is that it connects its holders for just a 16,200 AMD fee to a Privilege Membership program, offering insurance products, special services in 20 clubs in Yerevan and discounts in almost 500 outlets all over Armenia.

The photo of the holder is printed on the backside of the card to protect it from forgery. "The card is meant for wealthy people mostly," says Arevyan.

Spokesman of Reso Ashot Hakobyan says that his company was happy to join Anelik's initiative. "For all other insurance products we will offer 20% discounts," he says.

According to ArmInfo's Armenian Banks in Card Business bulletin, as of Apr 1 2013 Anelik had 49,000 active cards (13% more than a year before): 14,000 ArCas, 24,000 Visas, and 12,000 MasterCards. Anelik has 47 ATMs and 509 POS-terminals.
