VTB Bank (Armenia) expands geography of UNIStream transfers


ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) expands geography of UNIStream transfers, the bank's press-service told ArmInfo. Now the bank offers addressless money transfers via UNIStream system to Albania, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Lithuania, Mongolia, Czech Republic, UK, and Israel. The recipient can receive the transfer at any cash point in the above countries in the Russian rubles, US dollars and euro. (The addresses of cash points are available at http://www.unistream.ru/service- points/).

The bank offers also money transfers to Armenia from the above countries. To same time, one can use VTB Transfer service and receive money without visiting the bank. It is necessary to activate the service VTB Trasnfer on all the cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) or buy a special VTB Transfer card and call 87-87 to provide the code of the transfer. The money will be transferred to the recipient's card in real time regime.

The bank charges 1%-2.5% commission fee depending on the country of transfer. The maximum amount of one transfer and the commission fee can be checked out at http://ru.vtb.am/retail/transfer/unistream/.

That is why we offer a comfortable and reliable money transfer services via UNIstream system to the residents of Armenia and other countries and keep expanding the geography of our transfers," says Yuri Gusev, Director General-Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank Armenia CJSC.

VTB Bank (Armenia) serves also money transfers via other systems, such as Intel Express, Avers, Bistraya Pochta, Interexpress, Anelik RIA Money Transfer, and MoneyGram.

VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in April 2004. Russian VTB Bank OJSC holds 100% stake in VTB Bank (Armenia). The bank has been among leaders in the banking system of Armenia in terms of a range of key figures. It serves 67 branches throughout the country (the biggest branch network in the country).

UNISTREAM is an international money transfer system, which allows you to easily, quickly and safely transfer the sum of money to your close relatives and friends living in Russia, CIS and in the far abroad. It has been successfully operating in the market of payments for over 12 years in over 100 countries via more than 333.5 thsd service points, including self-service terminals. The annual turnover of the system is more than $5 bln. UNIStream has its own networks in Germany, Great Britain, Greece and Cyprus. Its partners are over 450 financial institutions worldwide. UNIStream has almost 200 points in Armenia, 75 of them in Yerevan. Armenian Development Bank, Armeconombank, Artsakhbank, Prometey Bank, VTB Bank (Armenia), Ardshininvestbank, ArmBusinessBank, INECOBANK, ARARATBANK, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank make transfers via UNIStream. Unibank inclusive, the system has 11 partners in Armenia.
