ArmInfo. In Jan-Sept 2014 the net profit of Armenia's insurance companies made up 2.3bln AMD against 339.7mln loss in Jan-Sept 2013. According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Insurance Companies of Armenia, in Q3 2014 the index made up 724.4mln AMD (42.5 growth as compared with Q3 2013).
Rosgosstrakh Armenia had the biggest net profit in Jan-Sept 2014 - 747mln AMD against 407.2mln AMD loss in Jan-Sept 2014. In Q3 2014 its net profit made up 309.9mln AMD. INGO Armenia registered net profit of 670.5mln AMD in Jan-Sept 2014 (against 73.6mln AMD loss a year before) and 263.3mln AMD in Q3 2014. Garant Insurance registered net profit of 294mln AMD (against 382.2mln loss a year before) and 10mln AMD in Q3 2014. The net profit of Armenia Insurance made up 292.8mln AMD and 132.3mln AMD, the net profit of RESO 219.9mln AMD and 29.7mln AMD, the net profit of Nairi Insurance 213.7mln AMD and 16.9mln AMD. Only Sil Insurance registered loss in Jan-Sept 2014 - 87.5mln AMD against 72mln AMD net profit in Jan-Sept 2013. In Q3 2014 the company registered 884,000 AMD net profit. The aggregate premiums of the companies dropped by 19.2 to 22.5bln AMD, while the aggregate compensation grew by 22 to 18bln AMD. In Q3 2014 the indices made up 6.9bln AMD and 4.2bln AMD, respectively.
