ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank has enriched the park of Gavar orphanage with a playground, as well as planted new trees. The Bank press-office has reported to ArmInfo that on May 4 along with ACBA staff members the employers and fosterlings of orphanage planted 100 seedlings and constructed a playground.
The planting location was chosen for a good reason and the bank has been organizing such events in Gavar not for the first time. The cooperation has been started in 2014 with the opening of an educational center for more than 60 9-18-year-old orphanage fosterlings. The project costs 41 million AMD and the money is allocated from the bank's "VISA Benefactor" charity project.
"We are glad to see the children's happy faces. We attach a lot of importance to these events given that children participate in those. This year the bank has implemented or aided in the implementation of several nature-protection events. The bank is determined to continue the implementation of such events", said Narek Asatryan, a press officer for ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.
"ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK" CJSC has been operating in Armenia since 1995. Since September 2006, the majority shareholders of the Bank have been Credit Agricole S.A.
