ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) offers its customers contracts on automatic charging of public utility payments per month, which is timesaving. According to the Bank's press-office, the customer can mention the charging date in the contact and maximum limits per type of the public utility charge. Customers will be receiving short messages about the public utility charges on the 12th of every month to make sure that the amount subject to automatic charging is right.
In case, a customer pays utility charges for several apartments at once, the separate calculations of the utility charges of these apartments will not create any inconveniences. The Bank explains that a customer can create groups of the public utility charges in the contract and name these groups, for instance "Home," "Parents," etc. The public utility charges for each apartment will be sent to the customer via SMS separately.
