ArmInfo. "We should encourage the owners of the privatized property so that the 'property could work'," Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan said at the Government's sitting on September 29.    

"I instruct the ministers of economy, territorial administration and development to make an inventory of the privatized property, elaborate and present economic, legal and other complex and system mechanisms for stimulating the assets," he said, stressing that the government should encourage the owners of the privatized property so that "the property could work".
