ArmInfo. Prices on precious metals have dropped by 3.1% versus 3.9% decline in previous week. Decline of prices on gold, silver and platinum slackened, while drop of palladium prices accelerated.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following selling prices have been set for precious metals for October 17-October 23: gold (small bullions) - 19262.56 AMD per 1g (1.4% decline versus the previous week's 3.5% drop), silver -268.78 AMD (3% decline versus the previous week's 5.6% decline), platinum - 14549.38 AMD (3.7% decline versus previous 3.9% decline), and palladium - 9988.70 AMD (4.3% decline versus 2.6% decline during the previous week).
By the data of international stock markets, as of October 19, 2016, 1:33 pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up $1270.5 (0.05% decline versus October 18), silver - $17.79 (no changes versus October 18), platinum - $952 (no changes versus October 18), and palladium - $648 (no changes versus October 18).
