Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and Rostelecom Armenia launch distant learning courses for schools in capital city and regions of Armenia

ArmInfo. Trial distant learning courses for schools in Yerevan and marzes were launched today at Ayb School owing to the joint efforts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and Rostelecom Armenia, according to the Company's press-office. 

Ayb School established simultaneous connection with the Lernadzor village school in Kapan, School N1 in Sevan and School N5 in Ijevan, using Rostelecom's web-conference service.  "The presence of new  technologies in our lives is a reality now, and Rostelecom implements continuous projects of introduction of new, fast technologies into various fields, including education," said Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan.
