In Armenia state licenses will be granted in e-form

ArmInfo. Armenian Prime  Minister Karen Karapetyan stresses the need to grant the state  licenses in electronic form.   

At the Government's sitting on November 18, Karapetyan instructed  Minister-Head of the Government Staff David Harutyunyan to submit  within 3 weeks a package of legislative amendments implying e-  provision of licenses to the legal entities in order to reduce the  contacts between the economic entities and the state structures.     

He also suggested setting exceptions for a number of licenses  provided by the Defense Ministry and the State Committee on Nuclear  Safety, given that they contain state secrecy elements.
