According to the information of the Ministry press office, the navigator is an online tool for entrepreneurs, giving the opportunity to take feasible decisions to start business. Particularly, with the help of navigator an entrepreneur could select a real estate unit proper location, define the volumes of market, find direct and indirect competitors, specialists needed and a number of other important factors. After making appropriate adjustments, the navigator forms the investment plan automatically. According to the source, earlier on October 3, The National Center for SMB development and The Nationa Corporation on SMB in Russia signed a Memorandum of mutual understanding, which states the allocation of business navigator in Armenia as the main priority. Within the framework of this agreement, the navigator will be allocated in Armenia at the means of Russian side.
To note, the MSB share in Armenia's GDP dropped down for 28% as of November 2016, and the tax revenues from the sector form at about 8-10%. And for that moment about 76500entities of SMB were registered in Armenia, 56 000 of which are the representatives of micro business, 20 000 - of small business and 500 - of medium business. The situation, formed in the MSB sector, remains the same for already 3 years.
