Plekhanov University Yerevan Branch Students attended Rostelecom office

ArmInfo. The students of  Plekhanov University Yerevan Branch , studying the Cisco system, on December 10 attended Rostelecom office. 

According to the information of the Company's press office, the visit began with a short excursion, during which the students were presented the services of the company set for corporate clients (web-conferences, virtual networks, IP-transit services etc.) and for private clients - smart tv, IP telecommunication etc.  Students also learned about the structure of Rostelecom - one of the fast developing companies at Armenian IT-Market.

According to the source, students visited the database center, which is equipped with modern systems of Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems, Extreme Networks, Fiber Home, ZTE etc, got acquainted with all the principles and details implemented by the Company while  setting networks and operating those.  To remind, the cooperation between Rostelecom and Plekhanov University Armenian Branch has a long and multipurpose character.  The Rostelecom JSC is one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Russia and in Europe, acting in al the segments of telecommunication services market.  It started activities in Armenia in 2012.
