Ministry of energy: 26 licenses for     geological surveys and mines utilization were issued in   in 2016

ArmInfo. 26 licenses for geological surveys and mines utilization were issued in   2016 , the report of Ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources of Armenia reads.

According the information, beside that 17 certifications for commercial minerals deposits utilization were issued. According to Hovhannes Yezakyan, the Head of Mines and Carriers Department of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources, that concerns particularly the basalt deposits, mineral waters and hassock. Two companies - Geghi Gold and Karaghoulyans - were issued licenses to operate golden and polymetallic mines. Within the purpose of minerals processing  authorizations were issued to nine companies during the year of 2016.
