ArmInfo. In 2016, as much as 6,859 bln AMD was received from alienation of state property facilities, which is 4,422 bln AMD more than in 2015, the press office of the Armenian State Property Management Department reports.

The source says that privatization of the state property facilities ensured 50 mln AMD, the rent of state property facilities secured 221 mln 227 thsd AMD versus targeted 192 mln 400 thsd AMD. As much as 83,944 mln AMD (versus 61,871 mln AMD in 2015) was received from the communication systems equipment installed on the roofs of state buildings and constructions.

The total amount of the funds collected made up 7,252 bln AMD in 2016, of which 4,477 bln AMD was transferred to the state budget, 2,711 bln AMD to the budgets of local administrations, 64,103 mln AMD - to the budgets of state non-commercial organizations.

In 2016, there were 26 companies on the books of the State Property Management Department, 2 of which are undergoing bankruptcy procedures, and 1 is being dissolved. One more company has been restructured.
