ArmInfo. Armenian Prime  Minister Karen  Karapetyan  on January 19 at  the Government session called out for  business community to estimate tax administration adequately.  

Prime Minister reminded, that on September 15, 2016  he instructed  the State Revenue Committee to implement control raids only in  respect to the entities of potential risk zone. At the same time  Karen karapetyan mentioned that  according to the State Revenues  Committee data, many tax payers responded that instruction  inadequately. In many situations wrong reports on turnover, omissions  on expenditures reports and wrong supplies facts have been  discovered.   

Folowing the Prime Minister, the simplified system of tax management  should be applied in first turn to law abiding  tax payers. According  to Karapetyan, any attempt to avoid taxes, regardless business  models, should be immediately blocked. Proceeding from that, the  Prime Minister instructed to set a control in respect to such  violations, and to report all the cases to the Control Service of the  Prime Minister. At the same time, all the tax payers, who will  provide  the availability of own bookkeeping systems to the State  Security Service, will be released from annual  control checks of  financial reports. "These company will be subject for only current  control," Karapetyan summarized.
