ArmInfo. Among the Armenian Ministry of Finance priorities is to implement the monitoring and the coordination of foreign (international) funded projects. This was stated by Vardan Aramyan, the head of the entity, during the discussions on state entities reports on 2016 works and priorities for the current year.
According to the information of the Government press office, Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan reported to the Prime Minister that based on results of 2016, the budget revenues formed AMD 1 trln 155 bln ( beside funds received within foreign loan and grant projects). It is more for 0,7 % versus the same period of the last year, and tax and fees generated incomes formed 1 trln 79,7 bln AMD, which is 1,1% higher of the similar indicator of 2015. According to Aramyan, during the year the tax-budget discipline has been improved, and it became possible to involve new assets at the cost of new emissions and state bonds. As the result of legal reforms in the sector of procurement, the number of procurement methods was reduced, and the menthods of procurement procedures were simplified, the independent system of biddig committees decisions protesting also improved, the level of public aware and transparency in the sector of procurement also increased. Talking about the upcoming work if Finance Ministry in 2017, Prime Minister Krapetyan accentuated that cash flows and financial expenses should be managed strictly and sharply. According to him, in respect to loan facilities utilization there should be appropriate criteria set. "A pretty interesting work is done ion respect to macro studies, and not only," the Prime Minister stated. " I suggest to formulate on the basis of this analysis such a field that would give an option to the State Revenue Committee to fetch out the shady business and to drive it into the white field," the Prime Minister mentioned.
