Armenian prime Minister:  necessary to rule out any problems, riasing obstacles to process of granting status of authorized economic operator to  legal entities.

ArmInfo. It is necessary to rule out all the problems raising obstacles to the  process of granting  the   status of authorized economic operator to  legal entities. This was stated by Karen  Karapetyan, the Prime Minister, at  February 9 session of Armenian Parliament.

According to him, the most important tool in the aspect of business and foreign trade  improvement  could be setting the institute of authorized  economic operator. That should give an option to the operator to work under simplified customs schedule and to get promotional conditions to conduct the business, and the customs control  should be implemented at the address set . " Despite the legal basis for operator activities has been set yet in 2016, by now there is no authorized economic operator  considered, " the Prime Minister said. He instructed the Minister of Economic development and the Minister of Finance to fetch out all the existing problems, including those of regulatory kind, and  to report within  two month term how many operators were considered. It is also instructed to secure the public aware in respect to this innovation.
