ArmInfo. In 2017 the Armenian Agriculture Ministry will implement investment projects worth a total of 120 mln USD, Minister of Agriculture Ignaty Arakelyan said on Feb 9.
The minister noted that the funds will be spent on creation of a cannery, construction of slaughter-houses, enlargement of the greenhouse facilities, modernization of brandy production, etc. Rural development programs will also be implemented.
Minister Arakelyan instructed the relevant officials to control the process and stimulate the flow of additional investments.
