On solution of current problems of regions of Armenian government will allocate 5 billion AMD

ArmInfo. On solution of the current problems of the regions of Armenian the Government will allocate 5 billion AMD from the Reserve Fund. On February 10, during a meeting with the governor of the regions, said the Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan

 "It is necessary to understand the priorities and multiplier effects programs. These funds should be controlled extremely strict, but transparent and understandable. By the results of the done programs we will allocate additional funds, taking to consideration the effectiveness of the works done and their transparence.  The mentioned 5bln AMD is not present in the state budget, the money appeared due to the optimization of the Governmental managment", noted the Prime Minister.

Karen Karapetyan, while speaking about the investment project received from the regions, noted that the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments instructed to report about the process of the confirmed programs daily. "It is necessary to pay attention on business which is the main source of the state's development, as well as regions' and new job openings", said the Armenian Government head.  He, particularly, mentioned the necessity of modern technology implementation to agricultural production, to continue the farmers retrain process. "There is an impression about our agriculture that the villagers are good agronomists. That is why they are provided with crops, diesel fuel, fertilizers, because they supposedly know what to do next. But that is not correct as we do not have modern farms, modern cooperatives, modern technologies. The entire world is learning about agriculture in Israel, and we need to reach the point when after 10 years they came and learn in Armenia", noted Karen Karapetyan.
