ArmInfo. Unlike Belarus or Kazakhstan, Armenia is actually inclined to adopt single citizenship for the EEU member states, according to Konstantin Zatulin, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs.
"I have always thought that the residents of the former USSR states should have had dual citizenship. Now it is probably reasonable to speak of dual citizenship for the residents of the Eurasian Economic Union," he told reporters, drawing a parallel with the EU citizenship.

The EEU member states are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. -n-
