ArmInfo. Kuwaiti businessman Charles Haidar is interested in investments in the road construction in Armenia, the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment of Armenia reports. The head of the department Suren Karayan and the Kuwaiti investor discussed the investment prospects in Armenia on April 26 in Yerevan.
Suren Karayan presented the businessman with details of the project of building a transport corridor "North-South", proposing to discuss prospects for possible cooperation with the head of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and IT. Charles Haider, noting the government's productive policy in attracting investments and the emerging investment potential of the country, expressed interest in investing in the energy sector of Armenia. Meanwhile, to note, Charles Haider, apparently, as a businessman, a very private person. About him there is not a single mention in the English-language network as a investor. The ministry's press release does not mention a company that can be run by a Kuwaiti businessman with a clearly non-Arabic surname.
