Tatul Manaseryan suggested his formula of successful development of communities

ArmInfo. Instead of enlarging the communities, the Government should take up the development of one community, and then apply this development model to the rest of the communities. This opinion was stated during the press conference on May 24, by the Doctor of Economic Sciences, head of the Alternative research center  Tatul Manaseryan.

According to the expert, the given  program is being implemented in Armenia on the initiative of international entities. "Against this process act  villagers, heads of communities, various experts. But some specialists, paid from abroad, promote this case, which must be stopped. I communicated with members of the Government , and most of them oppose this initiative, "he stressed . In particular, he noted that the enlargement  of communities should take place on the voluntary initiative of the residents. However, in this case, the enlargement  of rural communities considers the consolidation of budgets, which will allow to save  Government money. "We should not look for funds there," he said, referring to the image of the activities of public organizations. "It is very important that enlargement does not damage the distinctiveness of the village. And besides external factors of pressure, in this case there will be internal>, - he explained.

Manasaryan stressed that the implementation of the given initiative in Armenia will give an even greater impulse  to urbanization, despite the fact that the villages are already empty.
