Passengers` flow from both airports of Armenia grew compared to the same period of 2016 for 30.5%

ArmInfo. In Jan-may 2017,  passengers' flow from both airports of Armenia grew compared to the  same period of 2016 for 30.5%, Armenian GDCA data evidences. 

According to the source, for the reported period, 875011 people used  the services of Zvartnots and Shirak airports. At the same time, in  May 2017, the passenger traffic through Yerevan Zvartnots airport  totaled 198182 people, which is 34.5% more than in the previous year.  Over the five months of this year, the growth of passenger traffic  through the capital airport has increased by 27.7%. During the same  period 9341 tons of cargo were transported via Zvartnots airport,  which is 81.5% more than in the previous year.

Via Shirak airport of Gyumri, in Jan-May 2017 8240 passengers were  carried, which is more for 288.3% of the same year of 2016. 

Besides, for the reported period, the number of flights-arrivals from  both airports increased for 23.7%.
