ArmInfo. On July 13, Ameriabank placed the next issue of AMD coupon bonds (AMRBB7) in full on the Nasdaq OMX Armenia stock exchange.
According to the press service of the exchange, the issue included 15,000 nominal coupon bonds in the total volume of 1.5 billion AMD, with a nominal value of 100,000 AMD, coupon yield of 9% and maturity of 1 year.
According to the source, the total demand, according to the submitted bids for the purchase of bonds, amounted to 1,550,187,400 AMD. As a result of placement, the bank managed to attract 1,500,187,400 AMD. The cut-off price was 100,000 AMD, the yield on the cut-off price was 9%, and the average weighted yield was 8.9867%.
According to Nasdaq OMX Armenia, as of July 13 this year. At the stock exchange there are 4 Ameriabank bond issues: 1 AMD in the volume of 1bln AMD and 3 USD in the total amount of $ 35mln. The first issue was a USD issue of $ 15mln, which was issued on March 25, 2016 and included in the listing list on July 1, 2016. The second issue, AMD 1 billion AMD, was issued on November 1, 2016, with listing on January 25, 2017. The third issue - the next USD in a more modest amount - $ 5 million was followed on November 21, 2016 with entry into the listing on February 8, 2017. And the release of the fourth tranche - again a dollar one, but in the amount of $ 15 mln, fell as early as 2017 (February 1) with entry into the listing on April 20. The circulation period of all three issues of dollar bonds is set at 27 months, and the dram tranche is a two-year period. Coupon payments for all issues are provided once a quarter. The yield on the coupon of dollar bonds of the bank since the start has been reduced from 6.75% to 5.6%, and drams taking into account the new tranche - from 10.75% to 9%.
To note, on July 13 this year Nasdaq OMX Armenia exchanges 12 issues of AMD bonds of 9 issuers, and the issuers of 5-AMD issues are banks.
