ArmInfo. "United Energy Company" became the owner of "Artsakhenergo" CJSC. It became known on July 21 following the tender held for the sale of the Artsakh state energy company.
According to the press service of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh, two companies took part in the competition - United Energy Company and Inteko Energy, the first of which was recognized as the winner. According to the Director General of the United Energy Company Tigran Abramyan, in five years the new owner has pledged to invest 2.7 billion AMD in Artsakhenergo. In addition, the company pledged to maintain a wage fund at least for a year, and raise the minimum wage to 75,000 AMD without raising tariffs in the next three years.
