In general, in July Georgia received 982,487 foreign tourists. This is more by 28.5% compared to the same period last year.For 7 months, the number of foreigners visiting Georgia increased by 16.8% year-on-year to 3,978,657 people. Of these, 1,829,331 (30.2% more than last year's figure) came as tourists to the country. In the first quarter of this year, Georgia's revenues from tourism increased by $ 82 million compared to the same period in 2016, amounting to $ 434.6 million.
