According to the head of "Synopsys Armenia", currently there is a tendency that many specialists of the sphere, leaving Armenia for a better life, soon return to their homes after satisfying their minimal needs. At the same time, according to Musaelyan, "unworthy behavior" of enticement of personnel by competitors remains in Armenia. While some companies invest in the education and training of future cadres, others, not investing a penny in their development, only slightly increase their salaries, entice a valuable specialist.

As the director of the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) Bagrat Yengibaryan noted, the average salary of the IT sphere is comparable to the average salary in many European countries - the Czech Republic, Poland. It is noteworthy, however, that the work done by this specialist in Armenia is much more expensive than her financial evaluation. "Today the Armenian IT specialist leaves the country not to the Russian Federation, but to the US, where programmers receive five times more than in Armenia, which means that we have much to grow." At the same time, Armenia is not China, and not India and our specialists do not agree to work for small money, "he said. It should be noted that the total turnover of over 500 IT companies operating in Armenia has overcome the $ 600 million threshold. Over the past 7 months alone, the sphere recorded 30-35% growth.
