ArmInfo. The Armenian Marketing Association (AAM) awarded the telecommunication company Rostelecom Armenia with the title of the best provider providing Internet services of high quality.
As the press service of the RTK told ArmInfo, according to the results of the survey carried out by the Marketing Academy, Rostelecom collected the best indicators as a provider of high-quality Internet. The company was also recognized as the best provider, which registered the highest NPS in the provision of Internet and television services.
"As a leading operator, constantly investing in the application of innovative and technological solutions, we have one goal - to provide high-quality service to all our subscribers. Marketing research reveals to the companies an objective picture of the market, with all development trends and challenges, while also providing an opportunity to plan further strategic management. I am very proud and happy for our whole team and company. I think this is the best evaluation of our work," said Hayk Faramazian, General Director of Rostelecom in Armenia.
To note, in the poll conducted from July 5 to July 15, 1104 respondents participated, 33% of them from Yerevan, and 67% from the regions. The possible percent error of the study is + 3%.

The number of Internet users exceeds 10.9 million, and pay-TV subscribers - 7.7 million.
