Minister: Armenia has great potential for the development of gastronomic tourism

ArmInfo. Armenia has great potential for the development of gastronomic tourism. This was announced on November 10 by the Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan at a meeting with the famous Russian restaurateur, chef and TV host Aram Mnatsakanov.

According to the press service of the ministry, during the meeting, which was also attended by the general director of "Yeremyan Project" David Yeremyan, the issue of organizing a gastronomic tourism center in Armenia was discussed. The interlocutors also discussed issues concerning the prospects of the restaurant business in Armenia.  Responsible for the development of tourism, the people discussed with the guests the possible impact of this type of business on the overall development of tourism.

The parties agreed to organize a number of activities in this direction next year by organizing appropriate marketing raids.
