ArmInfo. The European Union (EU) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intend to invest 40 million euros in the development of the capital market of Armenia. Goa-Bin Ajemyan, head of the EU delegation's cooperation department in Armenia, told a press conference on December 6.
He noted that within the framework of the project, a three-day training course for financial advisors started in Yerevan on December 6, which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of consulting services provided to SMEs.
According to him, promoting the development of small and medium-sized businesses is a priority area for cooperation with Armenia. "Over the past three years, more than 250 small and medium- sized entrepreneurs have benefited from consulting services in Armenia," Goa-Bin Ajemyan stressed.
