ArmInfo. Beeline hosted the largest in the current year, the "Client Day", in which the company's management team worked for three days with customers in sales and service offices.
As the press service of Beeline reports, in total, more than 120 managers and employees of the company worked with clients during this time, and the event covered almost all Beeline sales and service offices in Armenia.
"The project, which we called the "Client's Day", became very popular and expected not only among customers, but also among our employees. The reason is the opportunity to personally communicate, firsthand to hear the answers to exciting questions, offer ideas and get feedback. I note that the current proposals and wishes of the clients are realized as quickly as many employees after the event themselves are proactive," said Beeline Director General in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin.
In addition to the "Client's Day" project, which is held quarterly, the company offers subscribers to leave feedback or assessment after contacting the office or call center of the company to collect feedback. In this way, last year Beeline received and processed over 130,000 hits.
