ArmInfo. In order to develop remote service channels for its corporate customers and private entrepreneurs, VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched a new opportunity to replenish its banking / card accounts through TelCell payment terminals, indicating the purpose of the payment.
According to the press service of the Bank, for this purpose, a virtual keyboard appeared on the screens of payment terminals with the possibility of filling the purpose of replenishment of the account with both digital and alphabetic symbols. Thus, for clients-legal entities it became possible to maximally comfortably accept funds in their favor, further identifying the purposes of payments and payers by means of an extract.
In the framework of cooperation with TelCell, the Bank's customers - legal entities and private entrepreneurs - can also carry out operations to replenish their deposits and repay loans. Replenishment of accounts and repayment of loans can be carried out in 24/7 mode in any of 1500 Telcell terminals located throughout Armenia. In more than 90% of the branch network of VTB Bank (Armenia), TelCell payment terminals are also located, where all the above payments can be made without waiting in queues.
Banking operations through TelCell terminals are quick and safe. After the customer has made the necessary payment, a SMS message with all details of the operation is sent to his mobile number. On working days and hours (Mon.-Sat, 9: 00-18: 00), operations are performed instantly, and on non-working days and hours of the transaction are carried out at 9:01 of the next business day.
