ArmInfo. Six new investment projects aimed at developing agricultural production will be implemented in Armenia. This was reported at a meeting in the Ministry of Agriculture, which was held by Deputy Minister Robert Makaryan.
According to the press service of the ministry, in particular, the matter concerns the construction of a factory of sparkling wines in Vayots Dzor region, which will produce 110,000 bottles per year in stage by stage mood. In addition, Lori region will expand production of berries, and in Gegharkunik region will be based on the production of feed for enterprises of the fish industry and livestock.
During the meeting Robert Makaryan informed that the government of the Republic approved also the procedure for granting subsidies for the implementation of investment programs in the country's regions. In the near future a commission will be formed from representatives of departments, which will determine the size of subsidies.
