ArmInfo. The Department of State Property Management of Armenia fixed real estate attached to state bodies, SNCO and other organizations that are not actually used or used inefficiently and partially. This was stated by Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan at a government meeting on February 8.
At the same time, according to the Minister, the cost of maintaining and servicing this property is provided at the expense of budgetary funds. Proceeding from this, the head of the Armenian government believes that this property should be transferred to use, including gratuitous use, for the implementation of investment programs and creation of new jobs, or initiate the process of alienation, "the prime minister said.
Taking into account the above-mentioned, Karen Karapetyan instructed the heads of the republican executive bodies, regional administrations and the mayor of Yerevan to submit to the Department of State Property Management a month's listing of unrealized real estate. In addition, the head of the Department of State Property Management was instructed to summarize the information submitted within one month and submit proposals to the government staff on the transfer of the property in use, or to initiate a process for its alienation.
