Armenia and Russia are preparing a draft agreement on start of establishment of scientific center for analysis and assessment of risks in food safety field

ArmInfo. Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) Nikolay Vlasov and Head of the State Food Security Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia Ishkhan Karapetyan signed a protocol on February 14 approving the progress of the reconstruction and re-equipment of the Scientific Center for Risk Analysis and Risk Assessment of the Product Safety Area power supply.

According to the press service of the department, having reconfirmed its consent to provide financial and technical assistance, and also considering that the company that will be engaged in building has already been selected, a draft agreement has been prepared between the Federal Center for Animal Health of the Russian Federation and the State Food Security Service , with the signing of which it is envisaged to start construction works.

According to the source, during the meeting N.Vlasov was presented with current programs aimed at improving the scope, and expected results. In addition, the parties touched upon issues related to the possibilities for expanding cooperation.
