ArmInfo. The National Mortgage Company has placed on the Nasdaq OMX Armenia stock exchange the next tranche of AMD coupon bonds (NMCCB2I) in the amount of 2.7 billion, the press service of the exchange told ArmInfo.
According to the Exchange data, applications for the purchase of these bonds (ISIN - AMNMCCB2IER0) were presented in total for 6.029 bln drams. This tranche is fully placed, as a result of which it was possible to attract 2.712 billion drams. The cut-off price was 10008 AMD, the yield on the cut-off price is 8.27%, the average weighted yield is 8.1309%.
According to the source, this issue includes 270 thousand coupon bonds, with a nominal value of 10 thousand AMD, with a coupon yield of 8.3%, with a maturity of 3 years.
The UCC National Mortgage Company (NMC) was registered by the Central Bank on October 19, 2011. The only founder and shareholder of this company is the Central Bank of Armenia. The company is called to refinance mortgage loans of financial organizations. At present, three issues of corporate bonds of UCC "NMC" - NMCCB2B, NMCCB2G and NMCCB2H, quoted on the exchange platform Abond, are listed on the main listing list of the listing. The admission to trading on the exchange is given: NMCCB2B - July 11, 2014, NMCCB2G - November 23, 2016 and NMCCB2H - December 9, 2016. The volume of NMCCB2B emission is 1.2bln AMD, NMCCB2G is 1.384bln AMD and NMCCB2H is 2.127bln AMD. Terms of circulation: NMCCB2B - 5 years, NMCCB2G and NMCCB2H - 3 years. Yield: NMCCB2B - 12%, NMCCB2G and NMCCB2H - 10%. Coupon payments on these issues are made once every six months. The maturity of these bonds expires in 2019: NMCCB2B - June 24, NMCCB2G - November 9 and NMCCB2H - November 28.
