"In other words, the main part of the saved and collected funds will be sent to ensure the supply of water.
Part of the water strategy is the following: the transition from large reservoirs to small and medium-sized ones, involving representatives of private business in this case. The government subsidizes the program for the construction of the reservoir, either during the purchase or during construction. If, say, the program will cost 10 million, and representatives of the business community will finance 7 million, then the state will provide the remaining three. I trust this program and I believe that this is the most effective of all programs within the framework of "state-private" sector cooperation, "the prime minister said.
