Armenia entered the top-10 countries of incoming  tourism to Russia

ArmInfo. Armenia entered the  top 10 countries of incoming tourism to Russia. This is evidenced by  the data of the analytical agency TurStat.  According to the agency,  the number of entry trips to Russia from Armenia amounted to 584  thousand in 2017, and the total number of inbound tourist trips from  Russia last year was more than 24 million.  Armenia took the 7th  place in terms of the number of inbound tourist trips to Russia last  year, being located between Poland and Germany.

The first ten countries in terms of the number of incoming tourist  trips to Russia included Ukraine (8.7 million trips), Kazakhstan (3.5  million), China (1.5 million), Finland (1 million), Azerbaijan  (876,000) Poland (714 thousand), Germany (580 thousand), Moldova (519  thousand) and Abkhazia (432 thousand).

China with 1.5 million trips last year, 15% more than a year earlier,  and South Korea - 254 thousand, 58% more, have become leaders in the  growth of inbound tourism to Russia.
