ArmInfo. Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan received on March 22 the French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte.
As the press service of the Ministry of Finance informs, during the meeting the parties discussed issues of bilateral effective partnership, in particular, on current and future projects. Also, active cooperation between the Armenian government and the French Development Agency was emphasized.
Particular attention was paid to the upcoming summit of Francophonie, which will be held this year in Yerevan.
The 17th summit of the International Organization of Francophonie will be held in Yerevan on October 11- 12, 2018. The event will be attended by high-ranking delegations from more than eight dozen states.
