ArmInfo. The greenhouse farming in the town of Hrazdan of the Kotayk region of Armenia will be expanded. The Armenian government agreed at the March 29 meeting to transfer 30 hectares of state land to the regional administration for the expansion of greenhouse facilities.
According to the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development David David Lokyan, work on the construction of greenhouses has already begun and is being conducted on 10 hectares. An additional 30 hectares were needed to consolidate the land plots in order to create a single farm. A large company, of which nothing has been reported, intends to invest 10 billion drams in the project, creating an additional 25 jobs.
