ArmInfo. The revenue of Armenia's communication sphere in January-February 2010 amounted to 22.6 billion drams, with annual growth of 3.1%, against a decline of 6.5% a year earlier. According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, the telecommunications sector accounted for the lion's share from the total volume of revenues received - 94.8% or 21.4 billion drams, with an annual growth of 2.9% (against the 7.2% decline a year earlier).
According to statistical data, only in February 2018 the total revenue of the communication sector was 11 billion drams, an increase of 3.3% per annum. At the same time, the telecommunications sphere provided revenue of 10.4 billion drams for February, demonstrating an annual growth of 2.8%. As a comparison, we note that in January-February 2017, the revenue of Armenia's communication sector made 21.9 billion drams. Of the total volume of revenues, 20.8 billion drams fell on the telecommunications sector.
