The company Rostelecom-Armenia and the National Bureau of Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at increasing the level of accuracy and objectivity of examinations with application of technological and software innovation solutions.
According to the press service of the company, in the framework of the memorandum, the parties plan to cooperate with the purpose of conducting expert examinations at the National Bureau of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia by implementing the computer program PC Crash and using the VZM 300 desclerometer. "This will allow us to conduct an independent examination in Armenia through the use of modern and widely used in all world solutions. None of the expert state organizations in Armenia have implemented or implemented research using such a program and devices," the report reads.
